Equipment Function Description
The vibration feeder can feed materials evenly into the washing machine. The trommel scrubber washing machine delivers particularly good washing results for clay-containing gold ores. If the gold raw materials do not contain much sticky clay, a trommel screen can be used instead.
The gold centrifugal concentrator is used for gold concentration to remove light waste sand. The concentrated ore from the centrifugal concentrator is then sent to the shaking table for final concentration, resulting in gold of very high purity. If gold bars need to be produced, a gold smelting furnace can be used.
Gold Flotation Production Line
The gold flotation production line is designed in accordance with standard technology, allowing the gold ore processing process to be clearly observed. A flotation machine is a key piece of equipment for flotation operations: after the pulp is fully aerated and stirred, useful minerals are enriched to complete the gold flotation process.
A crucial step in this process is the selection and application of flotation reagents, which is essential to achieve good mineral processing results. Compared with other mineral processing methods, gold flotation is both economical and effective. Gold mining equipment is available for sale.
