10TPH Rock Tin Ore Process Plant in Zambia
Published Date:26 February 2018
Basic Project Information
Project: Extraction of tin
Mineral: Rock tin ore
Processing Capacity: 10TPH
Project Overview by Sortek Group
Sortek Group Mine Machinery Factory built a complete 10TPH hard rock tin processing plant for its client in Zambia. The core tin ore mining process flow follows four stages: Crushing → Screening → Grinding → Concentration.

Water pipes, machine interconnecting parts, electric cabinets, etc.
Crushing & Screening & Grinding Process
1. First, the rock tin-bearing ore is crushed by a coarse jaw crusher, then fed into a fine jaw crusher for the second-stage fine crushing.
2. After fine crushing, the output is sent to a vibrating sieve to separate larger and smaller particles. Particles larger than 25mm (+25mm) are returned to the crusher for re-crushing, while particles between 0-25mm are fed into a ball mill to be ground into a super fine size (0.074-0.4mm).
Concentration Process
After grinding, shaker tables are used as the concentration equipment. A total of 24 shaker tables are divided into two groups: 16 sets for the first group (primary concentration) and 8 sets for the second group (re-concentration).
