10TPH Beach Sand Rutile Refining Plant

Sortek Group has supplied a full set of beach sand, zircon sand and rutile refining plant located in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province. This plant has a processing capacity of 10 tons per hour, with raw materials in the form of very fine sand.

Sortek Group designed the flow chart according to the customer's ore conditions and arranged Chief Engineer Mr. Lee to the mine site to provide guidance on equipment installation and commissioning.

The equipment list is as follows:

• 1) 2 sets of rotary dryers: used to dry raw ore.

• 2) 4 sets of magnetic separators: used to separate magnetic and non-magnetic materials, as well as weak magnetic materials and strong magnetic minerals.

• 3) 4 sets of electrostatic separators: used to separate conductive and non-conductive minerals.

• 4) 10 sets of gold shaking tables: used to remove light materials.
