20TPH Alluvial Gold Wash Plant in Sudan

Sortek Group provided a full set of alluvial gold mining equipment for its Sudanese customer. This 20TPH gold wash plant processes sand-type raw materials, which contain no sticky clay and can be easily washed clean. The gold particles are very fine in size.

Based on the customer’s ore conditions, we designed the most effective processing flowchart, supplied a full set of gold mining equipment, and dispatched our engineer to the customer’s mine site to provide guidance on equipment installation and commissioning.

  • 1) 1 set of trommel screen: Used to wash sand clean and sieve out larger particles.

  • 2) 1 set of gold centrifugal concentrator: The undersize slurry from the trommel screen flows into this concentrator by gravity for primary gold concentration.

  • 3) 1 set of small gold shaking table: The concentrated ore from the centrifugal machine is sent here for final separation, resulting in highly pure gold.

  • 4) 1 set of belt conveyor: Used to transport larger particles away.

  • 5) 1 set of gold sluice box: Used to recover tailings from the gold centrifugal concentrator, extracting additional gold from the tailings.

Gold ore has a very low gold content. To extract gold, alluvial gold mining equipment needs to crush and grind the ore, and pre-enrich it to separate gold. This creates favorable conditions for flotation and cyanidation processes, improves beneficiation indices, and increases the total gold recovery rate.

Key gold separation equipment includes sluice grooves, shaking tables, jigs, and cone cyclones, etc.

Sortek Group provides alluvial gold mining equipment with capacities ranging from 5TPH to 200TPH or even larger. We recommend the most effective washing and separation machines based on the customer’s gold ore conditions, aiming to create more accurate, reasonable, and eco-friendly sand gold equipment.

Our independently developed gravity placer gold equipment can adapt to environments as cold as minus 50 degrees, with a gold recovery rate of up to 95%, suitable for granular gold and flake gold.
