Chrome Ore Processing Flow
Feeding & Preliminary Crushing: Chrome ore is fed into a hopper and vibrating screen first, then conveyed to the preliminary jaw crusher.
Fine Crushing: The ore from the preliminary crusher is sent to the fine jaw crusher. Due to the large initial feeding size (300mm), a two-stage jaw crusher setup is adopted to reduce the ore size to 0-20mm.
Conveying & Feeding: The 0-20mm ore is transported via a belt conveyor to a hopper. A feeder under the hopper sends the ore to the ball mill.
Grinding & Classification: The ball mill works in coordination with a spiral classifier. The spiral classifier separates the output of the ball mill—ore with a size of 0-1mm is sent to the shaking table, while ore larger than 1mm (+1mm) is returned to the ball mill for re-grinding.
Two-Stage Shaking Table Beneficiation: This processing line is equipped with a hydraulic box to feed material to the shaking table. The hydraulic box can also separate materials by size, and different-sized materials are sent to corresponding shaking table decks (coarse deck, fine sand deck, slime deck) to achieve the highest recovery rate.
Project Services & Support
On-Site Installation & Debugging: Our engineers went to the customer's chrome ore mining site in Albania, completing the installation and debugging of all machines in one month to ensure the normal operation of all chrome washing equipment.
Sample Testing: Our factory provides sample testing services. Customers can either send samples to our factory for testing, or our engineers can visit the mine site to inspect and collect samples for testing.
