Pre-treatment by Customer: The customer has already conducted rough washing of the sand and sieved out 0-1mm fine sand.
Customer Requirements
Clean the sand using an attrition scrubber.
Remove iron through magnetic separation, requiring the final iron content to be <0.08%.
The finished silica sand product is intended for mirror manufacturing, which demands low iron content.
