Process Flow

1. First, chrome ore is fed into the preliminary crusher through a hopper and vibrating screen, then crushed further by a fine crusher.

2. The crushed ore is transported to a storage hopper via a belt conveyor. A feeder installed below the hopper delivers 0-20mm ore to the ball mill.

3. The ball mill operates in conjunction with a spiral classifier. The classifier processes the milled ore to obtain 0-1mm material, which is sent to the shaking table; ore larger than 1mm is returned to the ball mill for re-grinding.

4. The shaking table adopts a two-stage separation process (preliminary separation and fine separation) to efficiently recover chrome concentrate.

Customer Case: Albania 10TPH Rock Chrome Ore Separation Plant

This production line is customized for our Albanian customer, with the following key parameters and configurations:

• Capacity: 10 tons per hour

• Feeding size: 300mm (two-stage jaw crushers are adopted to reduce ore to 0-20mm due to the large initial feeding size)

• Key configuration: A hydraulic feeding box is added to distribute materials of different sizes to corresponding shaking table decks (coarse ore deck, fine sand deck, slime deck), maximizing the recovery rate.

Our engineers went to the customer's site to conduct equipment installation and commissioning, which was completed within one month to ensure all equipment operated normally before departure.
